Forest Farm Assisted Living provides peace of mind to residents and their families. Unlike most assisted living options, Forest Farm Assisted Living is affordable.

Monthly rent for apartments include utilities except for cablevision and telephone. Monthly supportive services and monthly meal charges are billed seperately, allowing residents the flexibility to select and pay for only what they need and want.

While our private pay rate is surprisingly affordable, we also offer assistance through a special new Rhode Island Medicaid Waiver program and an enhanced SSI program. Forest Farm Assisted Living is the first assisted living facility to be truly affordable to Rhode Islanders.
