Forest Farm Adult Day Services

We provide a pleasant, safe, caring atmosphere where adults 60 years of age or older, or an adult with a disability, can go to receive quality support services so that they can maintain their independence. Located in Forest Farm Health Care Centre, Middletown, RI, has been providing services to the Aquidneck Island Community since September, 1983. Our program is developed to meet the needs of families who choose to keep their loved ones in the community. We have successfully enabled hundreds of families to remain as direct caregivers by offering respite, a structured program and opportunities for socialization.

Forest Farm Adult Day Services offers two unique program levels. One program level is designed for alert but perhaps mildly forgetful seniors who would benefit from social interaction with their peers. The second program level is designed for the more physically frail and for those who need more assistance. We provide a safe environment for those folks who may wander. You will feel secure knowing that a caring, dedicated professional staff is meeting the needs of your family member.

8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Participation: 1–5 days, depending upon need
Payment: Private Pay/DEA Co-Payment/DHS Reimbursement
Transportation: Private/RIDE Program
